Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent help desk/systems experience.
- Experience must include proficiency with current Windows desktop operating environments (XP and Win 7) and PCs, Laptops, and other Computer Peripherals.
- Able to assist users in resolving computer-related problems, such as inoperative hardware or software.
- Must also be experienced with diagnostic software tools, remote management applications, and Active Directory utilities.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Detail oriented.
- Good interpersonal and consulting skills.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow detailed processes, procedures, and instructions.
Project Summary:
This position will be providing desktop support for users in the Orlando office. This includes workstation and voice support.
- Operating systems including Windows XP and 7 (32 and 64 bit).
