Job Title: Desktop Support | Level II (13-05045)
Location: Orlando, FL 032814      
Rate: Based on experience
Contract: 5 months with potential to be extended   
Must be able to pass drug and background
No Corp to Corp
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent help desk/systems experience.
  • Experience must include proficiency with current Windows desktop operating environments (XP and Win 7) and PCs, Laptops, and other Computer Peripherals.
  • Able to assist users in resolving computer-related problems, such as inoperative hardware or software.
  • Must also be experienced with diagnostic software tools, remote management applications, and Active Directory utilities.
  • Customer Service oriented.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Good interpersonal and consulting skills.
  • Exceptional organization skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow detailed processes, procedures, and instructions.
 
Project Summary:
 
This position will be providing desktop support for users in the Orlando office. This includes workstation and voice support.
 
  • Operating systems including Windows XP and 7 (32 and 64 bit).
  • Troubleshoot new and unknown issues, must be able to “figure it out”.
