The person in this position will be trained in a range of Technical Services functions, including ordering, recieving and invoicing library materials, copy cataloging and bibliographic maintenance, and ILL support. The ultimate role of the position will be acquisitions related, playing a primary support role to the Librarian in charge of acquisitions. The ideal candidate for this position will be a quick learner, analytical, good with number crunching and budgeting, very well organized, and will work well independently as well as with a team. The candidate should also posess excellent verbal and written communication skills and should be proficent with Microsoft Excel.
