Digital Marketing Manager

 
The Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for strategy, planning and implementing online campaigns across multiple brands. They will organize, lead, and launch email campaigns, digital assets, websites, SEO, and mobile programs. This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce and will drive web usage, customer engagement, lead generation, response rates, package/offer conversions, and inbound traffic. The Manager will work closely with various departments throughout the organization in order to directly support business & hospitality initiatives. He/she will be responsible for collaborating with Brand, IT, Corp Communications, Legal and various Business Partners throughout the organization to provide innovative and efficient online solutions.
1. Strategic Partnering
  • Collaborate with various departments throughout the organization to develop strategies and plan online programs that support their online business needs.
  • Partner with internal resources including Brand Services, IT and MSD/Legal to provide the most efficient, effective, branded and legally approved programs and materials while ensuring legal compliance and cohesive messaging of programs.
  • Strategize, Plan and Execute innovative solutions for complex business opportunities.
  • Collaborate & communicate with business partners to maximize messaging and support operational requirements for launching solutions.
  • Develop and report on programs in terms of key drivers like response rates, inbound calls, bookings, arrivals and revenue generated (ROI).
2. Marketing Development/Direct Response
  • Responsible for management of email marketing infrastructure, policy development and creation of best practices.
  • Develop digital marketing programs that will drive incremental revenue from search, web, mobile, social, and email channels.

  • Manage projects to ensure deadlines, quality and productivity.
  • Creates written documentation of program objectives and results for team to follow.
  • Creates/Reviews proformas with estimated results projections to allow for measured success of each initiative.
  • Assist in the execution of CRM solutions supporting online initiatives; segmenting and targeting audience to deliver relevant offers/promotions.
  • Manages program strategy and delivered content to meet business objectives, obtain necessary approvals and drive results.
  • Project manages marketing programs to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
3. Response Reporting
  • Analyze and report on results, findings and adjust as necessary to maximize key drivers.
  • Provide reports and feedback to leaders on direction, effects to key drivers and overall campaign results.
  • Present (both verbal and written) results to partners as appropriate. Must be comfortable developing, launching and reporting on results for campaigns and projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree from a 4-year college
  • 5+ years experience working with digital and online marketing; or, an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • 3+ years of email marketing/communication experience
  • Experience in mobile marketing
  • Experience in lead generation and online media buys
  • Experience in web production, search engine optimization and data management
  • Experience in tracking and reporting web, email, mobile and online media
  • 5+ years of technology experience
