Part Time Real Estate Marketing Assistant -- 20 to 30 Hours per week
Position #1 -- Residential Real Estate Office in Downtown Windermere working Afternoon Shift Monday to Friday until 6:45pm and 4 to 6 hours on Saturdays
Position #2 -- Commercial Real Estate Office located near Downtown Orlando working Afternoon Shift until 6:45pm

This job Requires TONS of work on brochures, flyers, postcards, graphics, design, email brochures, mailing pieces, client mailers, website, and all kinds of Publishing type work
Position #1 is a VERY Established Residential Real Estate Broker based out of Downtown Windermere
Position #2 is a VERY Established and VERY VERY BUSY Commercial Real Estate Broker based closed to Downtown Orlando
Both Positions being Offered are for a Key Position for a Very, Very Successful and Extremely Busy Real Estate Broker.
Other Duties will include: Input MLS listings, Handle Phone Calls for Showing Instructions to REALTORS, Web Site Maintenance, MLS Input of Listings, Photo Editing, Virtual Tour Set-Up Input on Websites, E-mailing Campaigns, Electronic Brochures, Newsletter Development and Mailings, and MUCH More.
This position is for an EXPERIENCED person who can do design work.
Create spectacular marketing brochures and gorgeous listing flyers both in hard copy form and electronically.
Creating monthly newsletters and farming areas via e-mail and USPS.
Maintaining a dozen Residential or Commercial websites with all of our listings.
Working with all of our Commercial OR Residential listings...
