This position is a full-time, hourly role located at the Disney Reservation Center in Orlando, Florida near International Drive and Municipal Drive. The Disney Reservation Center is a high volume inbound call center environment open from Sunday through Saturday, 7:00AM-11:00PM. Anticipate afternoon and evening shifts however shift times and hours of operation are subject to change based on business needs. Our eCommerce Help & Support Agent will be responsible for assisting and supporting our Guests, Travel Agents and Cast Members through multiple live chat windows (instant message) and e-mail. Our Agents will be required to address the needs of our guests by establishing a positive rapport with an emphasis on sales. In this position, you must maintain productivity goals of the department and meet or exceed quality and guest service standards. In addition to live chat, our Agents will also be trained to support our Internet Help Desk. Digital Marketing Manager
The Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for strategy, planning and implementing online campaigns across multiple brands. They will organize, lead, and launch email campaigns, digital assets, websites, SEO, and mobile programs. This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce and will drive web usage, customer engagement, lead generation, response rates, package/offer conversions, and inbound traffic. The Manager will work closely with various departments throughout the organization in order to directly support business & hospitality initiatives. He/she will be responsible for collaborating with Brand, IT, Corp Communications, Legal and various Business Partners throughout the organization to provide innovative and efficient online solutions.
1. Strategic Partnering

Job Description :
Scope:
Perform
duties to participate in the planning and presentation of programs and
events for children and teens to encourage interest in reading and using
the library, working within the limits or standard or accepted
practice. Uphold the Library
System’s mission and values in the pursuit of all duties; respect for
the individual, our organization, and the community, excellence in
everything we do, and integrity in our actions, while providing
excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
Essential Functions:
1. Participate
in the planning, development, scheduling, and delivery of routine and
special programs and events for children and teens at Main, Branches and
as an element in Library outreach programs. Identify themes and
subjects, suggest ideas for programs, participate in script development,
identify lists of library materials to support programs, identify and
communicate with outside presenters, create reading lists and
bibliographies, and upload program materials to websites, under
direction and in support of system-wide programs.
2. Create
and produce publicity and marketing materials and update defined web
pages to promote programs and special events. Monitor, Update and
maintain assigned electronic products.
3. Plan
and conduct programs and meetings for assigned teen club and in any
venue to any youth audience as assigned. Deliver and involve children or
teens in stories, rhymes, finger plays, book talks, library tours,
crafts and music. Collect and record program surveys for evaluation of
success of programs and events and record statistics.
4. Maintain
and communicate general knowledge of the children’s and young adult
collections, knowledge of Internet and other computer resources, library
policies, procedures, use of reference materials, and changes in the
Library System. Explain the arrangement of materials and Library
services, and policies. Assist youth and their caregivers in locating
library materials and information.
5. Provide
staff from other departments with youth directed reference assistance
as requested and to assist others engaged in special projects such as
School Initiatives and Volunteer programs for teens. Conduct workshops
and presentations for other staff and outside professionals to share
experiences associated with youth programming.
6. Attend
community events, develop contacts, distribute literature, solicit
donations for library programs, and meet with groups of children, teens,
and/or caregivers to promote the youth services of the Library System.
7. Assist
to train and monitor TLC volunteers engaged in programming activities.
Plan projects and program-related assignments in service learning for
teen volunteers to complete for community service credit, and coordinate
their participation at programs and special events.
Other duties may include, but are not limited to:
1. Perform or assist with any system operations, under direction, to maintain work flow.
2. Attend
and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups to
integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve
problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new
developments, requirements and policies.
3. Maintain
work area in a clean and orderly condition. Ensure safe operating
conditions within area of responsibility. Perform other related duties
as assigned.
4. Monitor
patrons in the Library and remind them of Library policies as required
to ensure that the resources of the Library are fully accessible to all
patrons.
Tools and Equipment Used:
Computer,
specialized software, video game consoles, LCD projector, audiovisual
equipment, craft supplies, and common office equipment.

for computer assistance and for training the public.
- Maintain current awareness of and familiarity with new programs,
electronic resources and computer equipment. Monitor computer station
areas and other areas in assigned location and offer assistance to
library patrons. Interpret requests from patrons to initially determine
requirements. Assist patrons with general use of computer resources,
provide routine information as to the basic operation of public access
computers, programs, online catalog, online databases, Internet and
e-mail. Assist patrons with accessing information and databases and with
saving and printing files.
- Monitor computer equipment designated for public access. Respond
to inquiries from patrons relating to computer operation. Perform basic
troubleshooting routines including resolution of printer problems,
loose connections and rebooting systems as required. Report the need for
more extensive maintenance or repair. Ensure the availability of
materials and supplies required in public access areas. Maintain and
enforce computer use policies, including time limits and sign up sheets.
Make recommendations for adjustments to policy.
- Respond to basic reference and information inquiries from
patrons by utilizing appropriate electronic or print sources. Refer
patrons to other staff for assistance with more complex search
strategies or for selection of resources.
- Assist with development and maintenance of web pages and Internet information.
- Communicate knowledge of the Library’s collection, policies and
procedures, programs, events and activities, use of reference materials
and changes in the Library System. Maintain familiarity with the Library
collection.
- Track, maintain and report on any range of information or statistics as required. Document and refer significant issues to Manager.
Other duties may include but are not limited to:
- Perform or assist with any system operations, as required or directed to maintain work flow or respond to emergency conditions.
- Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force
groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals,
resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to

computer equipment designated for public access. Perform start up
and/or shut down activities in Computer Resource Center and ensure that
area is properly maintained and that all required materials and supplies
are available.
4. Maintain
current awareness and familiarity with new programs, electronic
resources and computer equipment. Prepare content, scripts, and
materials for electronic resources training classes and teach or assist
to classes as assigned. Submit class ideas for approval and create
curriculum and hand outs for authorized classes, with detailed
instructions for classroom training.
5. Respond
to patrons in person and on the telephone. Interpret requests from
patrons to initially determine requirements. Assist patrons with general
use of computer resources. Provide information and assistance with the
operation of public access computers, programs, online catalog and
databases, Internet and e-mail. Assist patrons with downloading, saving
and printing information. Refer patrons to other staff for assistance
with more complex reference and search strategies.
6. Perform

the need for more critical maintenance or repair requirements.
