Responsibilities	The IT Data Warehouse Business Analyst, will be a critical member of a team focused on the design, development, implementation, and maintenance the overall architecture for a strategic, active data warehouse. They will have the opportunity to define requirements, perform system analysis, and produce mapping documents for new or enhanced source system data into the data warehouse. Using outstanding interpersonal skills you will act as a liaison between the source system resources, client, and development team to research data issues, define business rules, and organize testing cycles. You will also be able to work independently within a team, receiving general direction with occasional work product reviews.
Basic Qualifications	Proven experience in collecting requirements and defining solutions for software development projects Proven experience and strong understanding of complex data relationships within and between databases Proven knowledge of the software development cycle Demonstrated experience in the purpose and production of deliverables within a project methodology Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills Proven analytical thinking skills Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills Proven ability to work at a detailed level while adhering to the overall strategic goals of the team Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in parallel Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a high performance development team
Preferred Qualifications	Proven experience and strong understanding of SQL Demonstrated knowledge of Master Data Management concepts and tools Demonstrated knowledge of business report design and analysis Proven experience in the analysis and design of software development in a complex environment Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing concepts
Required Education	Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
