Perform as a Team member responsible for the Operations Management of the Point of Sale production systems supporting the Food & Beverage and Merchandise Lines of Business. This position will work closely with POS Management and other technical team members for the support and operations of GBTS services on a segment wide (WDW & DLR) scale. This position will be responsible for but not limited to leading and coordinating Change Management and Problem Management activities while working closely with our business partners and vendors. This position will require working in a highly pro-active sustainment environment responsible for team efficiencies, on call responsibilities and knowledge management.

  • Minimum 2 years qualified experience
  • Proven experience in developing processes and procedures
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Proven experience and strong understanding of Microsoft SQL server
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
  • ITILv3 Foundations
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows O/S
  • Proven experience with HP Service Manager

  • Familiarity with HTML
  • Familiarity with ASP.NET
  • Familiarity with JavaScript
  • Demonstrated strong partnering skills
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT related field of studies
