Full time Technical Services Clerk for Winter Haven company - supports Technical Services team

Required: 
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • MCAS, MOS, or other Microsoft certification and some college preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in Access preferred
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Technical or clinical writing skills desired
  • 5 years experience in Document Control, Database Management, Information and Records Management, or similar preferred
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organizational skills

Responsibilities: 
  • Generate reports, incorporate edits, and electronically file documents
  • Develop and manage forms for data collection, field testing, etc.
  • Develop and manage database and document control
  • Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures for Technical Service activities and processes.
  • Maintain department work schedules, paid time off, meetings, etc.
  • Converse with Spanish speaking customers/employees and translate documents
  • Coordinate communications and information flow among Technical Service teams worldwide
  • Perform lab tests and analyses (no prior experience necessary)
  • Prepare correspondence between company and customer
  • Administrative support duties including switchboard/answering phones
