Pregnancy Center Manager is responsible for the development & fundraising, implementation, supervision and evaluation of the volunteer-based Foundations of Life Pregnancy Center Program. Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate volunteers. Has responsible for the everyday coordination and provision of client services for Foundations of Life Pregnancy Center that include: pregnancy testing and life options counseling, limited ultrasound, adoption services, mentoring, educational programming, and post abortion support groups. Networks and collaborates with other agencies in related fields and churches through presentations and community event participation. Pregnancy Center Manager has accountability in terms of PQI and ensures productivity standards are implemented and evaluated ensure quality of services. This is a full-time position.

Must have oral and written skills as well as interpersonal skills. Must be able to make presentations and be familiar with marketing social programs.  Must have ability to work with diverse groups. The position requires an Associates Degree plus experience in program coordination and volunteer management.  Bachelor Degree preferred.  Business and/or social services experience a plus. Must be bi-lingual.
